For each programme we count vacancies for roles that programme prepares for. Which roles those are is listed below; how we decide is explained in the method.

After graduating

National figures on graduates of full-time programmes. Salary, contract and time to a job: CBS Microdata. Job at level and in field: HBO-Monitor, about a year and a half after graduating. Outlook: ROA forecast, a scenario and not a certainty. Computer Science and Computer Engineering have the same figures: they are calculated nationally for a group of related programmes, not per programme.

Computer Science

Software developer, Web and mobile developer, Software and IT architect, Data and AI engineer, DevOps and cloud engineer, Security specialist, Tester / QA engineer, Game developer, Technical application specialist

Business IT & Management

Business or functional analyst, Functional application manager, Technical application specialist, IT consultant, Data and BI analyst, Product owner / IT project lead, IT auditor

Computer Engineering

DevOps and cloud engineer, Security specialist, Embedded software engineer, IoT engineer, Industrial automation engineer, Network and infrastructure engineer

Some roles fit two programmes (for example DevOps and security). Roles such as service desk count as ICT vacancies but belong to none of the three programmes.
